NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

  It is the world's first dance workout where you don't just dance TO the Beat, you ARE the Beat!  Inspired by the energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping fun of Stomp, unleash your inner superstar and join the Tap Fitness Tribe!  

NO NEED TO BUY SPECIAL TAP SHOES!

  We use special "taps" which slip over any flat-bottomed shoe.  These are provided for you at each class.

YOU WON"T EVEN REALIZE YOU ARE WORKING OUT!

  This fun, high energy program is designed to strengthen all core muscle groups which burn the most calories.  It focuses on arms, glutes, abs, and helps develop lean "dancer legs".  It also incorporates balance, coordination, and flexibility into every workout.  Most importantly, dance does wonders for your MIND!
