Ballet Barre Workout!
Dance Makers Barre Class is a total body workout! It incorporates basic ballet technique with small movements and low weight, high repetition sets to sculpt ballerina-like muscles!

No tutu necessary!

Each class focuses on strength training, stretching, balance, and core conditioning. It improves posture, flexibility, muscle tone, and range of motion. This high intensity yet low impact class is a must have for all fitness levels!
